SUPPORT FOR PROPERTY TEAMS

Reporting built around agency workflows

We agree the scope of each instruction before attendance, helping your team manage appointments, access, key arrangements and report delivery more consistently.

Inventory & Check-In

Room-by-room inventory reporting at the beginning of the tenancy, with condition and cleanliness recorded where a Check-In is included.

Check-Out Reports

End-of-tenancy reporting with comparison against an available Inventory, Check-In or combined starting report where provided.

Mid-Term Inspections

Dated visual reports during the tenancy, recording general condition and any apparent concerns observed during the appointment.

New-Build Snagging

Visual, non-invasive reports identifying visible defects, incomplete finishes and presentation issues in newly completed properties.

Access and key arrangements

Key collection, tenant attendance, concierge access and return arrangements can be agreed as part of the booking.

Report delivery

Completed reports are internally reviewed and issued electronically to the recipients agreed for the instruction.

FLEXIBLE AGENCY SUPPORT

Suitable for one-off and repeat instructions

Agency arrangements can be tailored to the way your branch or property-management team handles bookings and report delivery.

Individual property instructions

Book a single report where support is required for a particular tenancy, landlord or property.

Ongoing branch instructions

Establish consistent booking information, access arrangements and report recipients for repeat instructions.

Managed portfolios

Arrange reporting across multiple properties while keeping the required service and appointment information clear for each instruction.

Busy changeover periods

Additional reporting support may be arranged during busier tenancy changeover periods, subject to clerk availability and appointment confirmation.

LESS CHASING. CLEARER RECORDS.

Practical support for your property team

Clear booking information and agreed working arrangements help reduce unnecessary follow-up between the agency, clerk, tenant and property contact.

Dock Inventories provides the completed report and supporting record, while tenancy decisions, maintenance instructions and deposit outcomes remain with the relevant parties.

AGENCY ACCOUNT ARRANGEMENTS

Agree the working details in advance

For repeat instructions, we can agree the usual booking contacts, required property information, access and key arrangements, report recipients and invoicing details used by your team.

Every appointment remains subject to availability and confirmation. An enquiry or booking request does not create an automatic appointment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Agency account questions

Answers to common questions about one-off bookings, repeat instructions, coverage and account arrangements.

Do we need an agency account to make a booking?

No. Letting agents and property managers can send individual booking requests without an established agency account. Account arrangements are more useful where instructions are expected to be repeated.

What can be agreed for repeat instructions?

We can agree the usual booking contacts, information required for each service, access and key arrangements, report recipients and invoicing details used by your team.

Can different branches or team members make bookings?

Yes. The relevant contacts and authorised booking arrangements can be agreed for the agency account. Each individual appointment must still contain the required property, service, access and timing information.

Which areas do you cover?

Dock Inventories provides property reporting across Greater London. Appointment availability will depend on the property location, service required, requested date and clerk availability.

Do you offer payment terms for agency accounts?

Payment terms may be available for approved agency accounts. Depending on the expected volume and agreed working arrangements, we may be able to offer 30-day payment terms or consolidated monthly invoicing. Any credit or payment arrangement must be agreed in writing before it applies.
