Previous inventory experience is preferred but not essential. Suitable applicants without experience may receive induction and training on Dock Inventories’ reporting standards and procedures.

THE ROLE

What inventory clerks do

Attend residential properties throughout Greater London at agreed appointment times.

Record the visible condition, cleanliness, contents, fixtures and fittings using Dock Inventories’ reporting procedures.

Where appropriate, invoicing and payTake clear supporting photographs and record relevant keys, meter readings, alarms and access information.ment terms can be agreed in writing for an approved agency account.

Submit complete and accurate reporting material promptly for internal review.

Clerks work on a self-employed, non-exclusive basis. Joining the clerk panel does not guarantee a minimum amount of work, regular instructions or employment with Dock Inventories.
